About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and DIVINE BUSINESS VENTURES LLC ("we") for the use of the Xiaoniu VPN apps and website. By downloading, signing in to or using Xiaoniu VPN you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
Xiaoniu VPN creates an encrypted network connection for your device through routes we provide. Actual speed and availability depend on your network, your device, route load and the services you visit.
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee a particular speed, uninterrupted connections, or access to any specific website or service. We may adjust, add or retire routes.
Accounts, login codes and devices
iPhone: sign in with an email account or a login code issued by the operator; subscriptions are purchased in the App Store. Android and Windows: sign in with a login code issued by the operator; a login code may add service time to the account the first time it is used. Login codes are issued to designated users only and are not sold on this website.
Each account has a service period and a limit on how many devices can be used. Keep your login code, password and devices secure and do not transfer or publicly share them; you are responsible for activity under your account.
App Store subscriptions and auto-renewal
The iPhone / iPad app offers auto-renewable subscriptions with monthly, quarterly and yearly periods. The subscription name, period and price are shown by the App Store before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription after purchase in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; a refunded subscription loses its entitlement.
Deleting your Xiaoniu account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple Account. After changing or reinstalling a device, use Restore Purchases in the app.
Acceptable use
Follow the laws that apply to you and the rules of the services you use. Do not use Xiaoniu VPN to attack or break into other systems, spread malware or spam, commit fraud, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service or other users.
If these terms are violated we may suspend or terminate the account involved and cooperate with lawful requests to the extent required.
Apple standard license
If you obtained Xiaoniu VPN from the App Store, your license to use the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Xiaoniu VPN or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
Changes and termination
We may update, change or discontinue features. We will give notice in the app or on the website before changes that significantly affect users.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. If we end the service in a way that affects a paid period, we will handle it under applicable law and App Store rules.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Xiaoniu VPN is provided as is. We are not liable beyond what the law requires for interruptions or losses caused by networks, third-party services or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
